At H by Saqer, we take pride in curating premium, ready-to-purchase items designed to elevate your lifestyle. As all our products are in-stock and displayed in our showroom, we encourage customers to carefully inspect items prior to purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

Items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only for items that meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Display items, sale or discounted pieces.

Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Items without original packaging or documentation.

Custom or special-order items (including custom finishes, fabrics, or leather) are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the assessment.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective.
5. Exchanges

We allow a one-time exchange for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

Any additional delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Force Majeure
H by Saqer shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from events beyond our control, including:

War, civil unrest, or riots

Fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters

Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies

Delays by shipping or logistics providers

Legal or regulatory changes impacting supply
8. Shipping Terms

Within UAE: Complimentary delivery within 3–5 working days.

Outside UAE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
(We can recommend a trusted shipping company, or you may choose your own provider.)
